  • We are a small firm which means that we all wear ALL the hats and while we are great at what we do, we are also consistently striving for better. We are looking for someone to join our team who has the experience to know what they don’t know and where to look to find answers. We want someone who is willing to roll their sleeves up and work on projects at all phases on all tasks and who will bring joy and energy to our team, projects and to the process of design.

    You can leave your favorite hat at home, we would hate for you to get it dirty and we have plenty of them for you to wear.

    Position:

    • Manage projects and project tasks from from start to finish to deliver high quality, innovative, and functional design.

    • Participate in all phases of design, including full construction documentation and coordination Manage permitting process

    • Build & Foster client relationships when needed

    • Manage / Mentor a small team (1-4)

    Benefits:

    • 68-86K salary (negotiable)

    • 4-day work week (36 hours)

    • 2 weeks PTO (72 hours)

    • 2 additional structured weeks PTO (Ink Built Closes for a Summer and Winter Break)

    Negotiables:

    • 6-10 years of experience

    • Proficient Spanish speaker or willing to learn along with us (we have spanish class every Monday)

    Non-Negotiables:

    • REAL Experience with Multi-Family Housing

    • Fully proficient in Revit

    • Highly Organized

    • Excellent Communicator

    • Thrives in a collaborative environment

    • Working knowledge of code(s)

    • Good design and presentation skills
